"Well...so anyways,I was looking at your album.David must had sold it without telling me.I 'did' give him all of your albums...but...just seeing that he had sold it made me feel so...so conflicted.The only thing I can figure is at that exact moment I must have been an emotional mess...it must have brought some kind of mental clarity.

"Suddenly,this lady comes over-thin,tan,straight colored blond hair.She looks like a runner-sinewy,around 45-46.She puts her arm around my back and asks if she can help me.

"I look at her,and just beyond her,in the reflection of the inside of the storefront window,I see her reflection..and she looks totally different.She has a staff in her hand.On the top of it,there is this sort of silver triangle with like a diamond in the middle of it.And in this reflection it looks like she's skewering me through the torso with it."

In spite of himself,Andre grabbed a piece of pizza and chopped down,"Look,'he said with a mouth full,"I want you to come clean here,Kat.Just stick to the truth.Why are you going all 'Man from U.N.C.L.E. on my ass?"

Soon the car was travelling up the interstate towards Akron.The car didn't have a/c.The windows were down.It was loud and hot.

"This is professor Stanley,"said Kat as she pulled out a box of cold pizza from the front seat,and proceeded to scarf down on a piece.

"Here,Andre,have a piece of pizza.It's Guido's.Green olives and onions just like you like."

Andre just sat there in stone cold silence.

Turning his head back,professor Stanley said,"Don't look so sombre,Andre.Kat is not the villain,here.You need to eat."

Carefully/Occasion/Deliberate

Driving the car was a balding,fiftyish looking man wearing glasses and a tie dyed t-shirt.He had a greasy looking pony tail.

"Now,carefully get in the car,dear,"Kat told Andre.

He did.

"You,know,"she said scooting in beside him,"Picking you up on today's date was deliberate.It's a special occasion...the date we first met."

The car sped away.

Chrysalis/Adore/Run

"Sooo,you're just gonna run away?"

"I am already going to be late for work."

"That's what I just adore about you..."Kat began,"Your total lack of faith,"She pulled a gun out of her purse and slyly poked it into Andre's torso.

Just then the car that almost ran them over pulled slowly back into the gas station,"You're coming with me whether you want to or not.Get into the car.Think of it as your chrysalis,you fuckin' little worm."

Hurricane/Frequent/Memory

Andre found that his hands were shaking.Damn,Kat was always like a damn hurricane twirling about.His memory was full of such frequent dramas.The('not')stolen car.The time when the cops came(OK that was just as much his fault as hers).The time they got caught making out in the church.

Now,Ravyn on the other hand....shit!He was going to be late for work,"Kat,I've gotta go."

Forget/Holiday/Treacherous

Andre knew this was treacherous ground he was stepping on.All he could think about was Ravyn.He could just forgive and forget with Kat(This he knew to be true),but his mind could not take this holiday with Ravyn.

What he couldn't figure...was this a good or bad thing?

Stable/Favor/Fog

The car,a 1998 Plymouth Intrigue,zoomed towards them.It's tires left a fog of smoke behind them.Andre pushed Kat towards the gas pumps,and with a screeching of the tires,it bumped the pump's island and quickly left the scene of the crime.

Kat said,"See,I am stable.I am doing 'us' a favor.Please help me."

Trail/Storm/Cupcake

Kat patted Andre's jacket twice,"Look...listen...cupcake..."To Andre she seemed exasperated:at the end of her trail/in the eye of the perfect storm...

..."Honey...I..."

Her sentence was broken up by a car travelling too fast for the gas station's parking area.Blaring down directly at them.
